These calculators are estimation tools for general information. They are not tax, financial, legal or property advice.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. General information only

The calculators and content on AussieCalc are provided for general information and estimation. They do not take your personal circumstances into account and do not constitute tax, financial, legal, accounting or property advice. You should not rely on them as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

2. Accuracy and currency

Rates, thresholds and rules change. We aim to keep the underlying data current (current data version: 26 October 2026) and to link to the relevant revenue office, but we do not warrant that every figure is accurate, complete or up to date. Always confirm the final amount with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser before making a decision.

3. Calculator scope

Stamp duty estimates use published general rates only. They exclude first home buyer and home concessions, foreign purchaser surcharges, off-the-plan rules and other exemptions or concessions unless a calculator expressly states otherwise. The site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any Australian government authority.

4. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AussieCalc is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, this site or its calculators. This includes decisions made about property purchases, pricing, invoicing or tax obligations.

5. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and business estimation. You may not scrape, republish or resell the calculators or their content without permission, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text and calculator code are owned by AussieCalc unless otherwise stated. Government rates and thresholds are published by the relevant revenue offices and remain subject to their terms.

8. Third-party links

Links to government and third-party sites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your place of residence.
